Arrest of the Syrian national Fayez Al-Obaid, after having killed his two years old daughter

Based on the reference of the Appeal Attorney General in Beqaa, Judge Munif Barakat, the General Directorate of State Security arrested the Syrian national Fayez Al-Obaid, after having killed his two years old daughter Nour in Bar-Elias and buried her in Dalhamiya. The suspect was handed over to the competent judiciary.
