After receiving several complaints that electricity cables had been stolen from houses under construction in some Nabatiyeh towns, a patrol from the General Directorate of State Security arrested the Lebanese (F.A.) in the town of Tibnine while driving a motorcycle and seized a nylon bag filled with household electrical wires, in addition to the tools used in the theft.
