Circulating the Picture of a Fake Currency Promoter

After receiving information about circulating fake currency notes and several persons falling victims thereto, and as a result of investigations and follow-up inquiry, a patrol from the General Directorate of State Security in the town of Al Chehabiya - Tyre, arrested the Syrian (Nidal.K.) for the offense of promoting fake currency, while he was using a salvage car carrying fake registration plate, and seized fake $50 and $20 notes in his possession. 
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the detainee has several judicial warrants and a sentence of eight years' imprisonment with a term of hard labor for prostitution and sex with a minor, and that his residence permit was also expired. 
Upon the reference of the Appeal Public Prosecution in the South, the General Directorate of State Security circulates the picture of the detainee and calls upon all citizens and residents who have fallen victims thereto to go to the South Regional Directorate - Tyre Regional Office, to deliver their statements or contact 07/741583 in order to take the necessary legal procedures.
