Arrest of suspects in terrorist activities
The General Directorate of State Security – Section of Media, Orientation, and Public Relations issued the following statement:
As a result of its continuous monitoring for acts affecting internal state security, in particular terrorist activities, the General Directorate of State Security, upon the competent judiciary reference, carried out raids in many places, which led to the arrest of many suspects in crimes belonging to terrorist groups and conducting logistics to their behalf, as well as acquisition and trafficking of weapons. The suspects were handed over to the competent judiciary.
