Wushu Kung Fu
On 05/04/2019, under the guidance of the Director General of State Security, Major General Tony Saliba, and under the patronage of the Lebanese Federation of Wushu-Kung Fu, the State Security team of Martial Arts took part in a training camp in Kung Fu headed by the trainer and International referee, the team leader Victor Al Haddad, as well as the Chair of the Organizational Committee and team trainer, Joseph AbouDaher, for three consecutive days till 08/04/2019 in Aalma El Chaeb, Alma Verdi Resort and Alma club.
The training comprised Chin-na, Sanda, Taolu and self-defense tournaments in preparation to the Civil and Military State Security Tournament to be held at BouddhaClub on the 05/05/2019, with the participation of the Lebanese Army, security services and other civilian teams.
The team was characterized by its sportsmanship and high endurance.Alma Verdi’s owner took part in the closing ceremony during whichshields, certificates and words of thanks were exchanged. Furthermore, the owner of the resortMr. MiladEidoffered an appreciation shield to the Director General of State Security, team leaderVictor Al Haddad, and team trainer Joseph AbouDaher.
